Torque Video Systems introduces its DVMon QAM at IBC 2017
Amsterdam, September 15, 2017 – Torque Video Systems, inventive digital television networks and video transmission solutions provider, introduces the latest in its line of DVMon monitoring platform with the new DVMon QAM.
Supporting all three J.83 technical standards, the DVMon QAM provides integrated RF and MPEG-TS quality of service monitoring in a compact, affordable package. It sports two RF inputs with built-in demodulation and RF signal analysis, as well as two independent ASI output ports for monitoring.

It incorporates the full spectrum of RF transport stream and content KPIs. The DVMon QAM, launched here at IBC, is the first chapter of this comprehensive technology development programme.”
The DVMon QAM provides full RF signal analysis of key performance parameters including MER, signal noise and I/Q constellation. The embedded transport stream monitoring function includes full TR101-290, bit rate analysis and service level monitoring for video/audio freeze, blackout, tone and silence.
